By using Solutions of Today, you agree to these terms. They are intentionally short and plain English.

What we do

Solutions of Today is a service that helps small businesses identify safe, vetted AI tools to save time. Our free AI audit collects information about your business and provides personalized recommendations of AI tools that may fit your needs. We may also offer custom automation builds and consultations as separate paid services.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when completing the audit. Recommendations are only as useful as the inputs.
• Use the recommendations as guidance, not as professional advice. You are responsible for evaluating each tool against your own needs and constraints before adopting it.
• Do not use our service to spam, harass, or violate the rights of others.

Our limitations

• The AI tool recommendations are informational. We are not your accountant, attorney, financial advisor, or doctor. Recommendations do not constitute legal, medical, or financial advice.
• We do our best to recommend only tools that exist and are well-regarded, but tool quality, pricing, and availability change. We do not guarantee any specific outcome.
• We are not responsible for issues arising from your use of any recommended third-party tool. Your relationship with each tool provider is between you and them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solutions of Today is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months (which is zero for the free audit).

Intellectual property

The content on this site, including the audit questionnaire and any custom recommendations we provide to you, is owned by Solutions of Today. You may share your personal recommendations report with your team, advisors, or vendors, but you may not republish it publicly without permission.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We can also stop providing the service to anyone for any reason, particularly in cases of misuse or abuse.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Washington.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
