What we sell

Solutions of Today sells downloadable digital products: AI skill files, prompt and persona files, productivity dashboard templates, and multi-file advisor systems. We also offer free Discovery audits that generate AI tool recommendations.

Purchases are one-time. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and no seat licensing.

License

When you buy a product, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it.

You may:

• Use the files for your own business, without limit.
• Modify, extend, and adapt the files however you like.
• Share them internally with employees and contractors working for your business.
• Use them to produce work you deliver to your own clients.

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the files themselves, modified or unmodified.
• Include them in a product, template pack, course, or membership you sell.
• Publish them publicly, including in a public repository or file-sharing service.
• Present them as your own original work for the purpose of selling them.

The short test: selling the outcome you produce with these files is fine. Selling the files is not.

Delivery and refunds

Files are delivered immediately after payment clears, on the confirmation screen and by email. Because digital files cannot be returned once downloaded, sales are generally final.

The exception matters more than the rule: if a product does not do what its listing said it does, email us within 14 days and we will refund it. Tell us what did not match. You will not be interrogated about it.

Updates

Product updates are provided free for the life of the product. We aim to keep files working as AI models change, but we do not guarantee compatibility with every tool, model, or version indefinitely.

Your responsibilities

• Review any AI output before acting on it, especially where money, contracts, or people are involved.
• Make sure your use complies with the terms of whichever AI provider you run these files through.
• Do not enter confidential or regulated data into tools that are not approved for it in your organization.
• Keep your own backups of files you have downloaded.

Our limitations

These products are tools, not professional advice. Nothing sold here is legal, financial, medical, or tax advice, and no product should be treated as a substitute for a qualified professional.

AI systems make mistakes. They can produce confident output that is wrong. Every product in this catalog assumes a human reviews the output before it is used.

We do not guarantee specific results, time savings, or revenue outcomes. Estimates shown in Discovery audits are projections based on your own answers, not promises.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solutions of Today is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of these products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Intellectual property

All content on this site and in the products, including text, structure, and design, is the property of Solutions of Today. Your license to use purchased files is described above. Work you create using the files belongs to you.

Termination

Your license terminates if you breach the redistribution restrictions above. Files already purchased remain yours to use for your own business as long as you comply with these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change materially, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Changes are not applied retroactively to purchases already made.
