Privacy Policy
Plain English version: we collect what we need to sell you a file and send you your audit results. Nothing else, and we do not sell any of it.
What we collect
- Discovery audit answers. Your responses about your business, tools, and workflow, plus your first name and email address.
- Purchase information. Your email address and order details. Card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by us.
- Basic site analytics. Aggregate page view counts through our hosting provider. No cross-site tracking, no advertising pixels, no third-party analytics scripts.
- Local browser storage. Your cart contents and your light or dark theme preference are stored in your own browser. They never reach our servers.
How we use it
- To generate your audit recommendations and email you a copy.
- To deliver the files you purchased and send your receipt.
- To notify you when a product you own has been updated.
- To answer you when you email us with a question.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.
- We do not add you to a marketing list without you asking.
- We do not run advertising trackers or share data with ad networks.
- We do not use your audit answers to train any AI model.
Who handles your data
We use a small number of processors to run the business:
- Cloudflare for hosting and delivery.
- Anthropic to generate audit recommendations. Audit answers are sent to the Claude API for processing and are not used for model training.
- Stripe for payment processing. Stripe handles card data directly under its own privacy policy.
- An email provider to send your results, receipts, and download links.
Data retention
Audit submissions are kept so we can resend your results if you ask. Purchase records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Ask us to delete anything else and we will.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will action it within 30 days. You do not need to give a reason.
Children
This site is intended for business owners and operators. It is not directed at anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Meaningful changes affecting existing customers will be emailed.
