When you submit our AI audit questionnaire or contact us, we collect:
- Your first name and email address
- Your answers to the audit questions (business size, industry, time sinks, current tools, AI comfort level, budget, desired outcome)
- Standard technical information your browser sends when visiting any website (IP address, browser type, page visited)
How we use it
We use your information to:
- Generate and send your personalized AI tool recommendations
- Respond to questions if you reply to our email or book a call
- Improve our questionnaire and recommendations over time
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.
- We do not share your data with marketing partners.
- We do not add you to automated email sequences or marketing drips.
- We do not use your audit answers to train AI models.
Who handles your data
To deliver the audit, your information passes through these third parties: Cloudflare (website hosting), Make.com (workflow automation), Anthropic (AI processing of your answers), and Resend (email delivery). Each handles your data only for the purpose of delivering the audit and is bound by their own privacy practices.
Data retention
We keep your audit answers and contact information for as long as you are interested in working with us. If you want your information deleted, email [email protected] and we will remove it within 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what data we have about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your data
- Stop contacting you

Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
