Buying and delivery

What exactly am I buying?

Files. Depending on the product that means Markdown skill files, JSON configuration, a duplicable Notion template, a spreadsheet, or some combination. Every listing shows the formats and the file count before you add it to your cart.

How fast do I get it?

Immediately. Once payment clears, the download is available on the confirmation screen and in your email. Nothing is drip-fed and nothing waits on a human to approve it.

Is this a subscription?

No. Every product is a one-time price. There is no recurring charge, no seat count, and no renewal.

Do I need a paid AI account?

For most products, yes. Skill files and personas are instructions you give to an AI assistant, so you need somewhere to run them. Free tiers work for many of the lighter products. Dashboard products are the exception, since Notion and spreadsheets do not require AI at all.

Using the products

How technical do I need to be?

Every listing carries a difficulty label. Beginner means copy, paste, and go. Intermediate means you will edit a few fields to match your business. Advanced means multiple files that connect to each other, and you should be comfortable working through a setup document.

Which AI tools do these work with?

Skill files and personas are written in plain Markdown and work with any assistant that accepts custom instructions. They were built and tested primarily against Claude. Dashboards are built for Notion, with spreadsheet exports where noted.

What if I get stuck?

Email [email protected] with the product name and where you are stuck. Setup help is included in the price.

Can I change the files?

Yes, and you should. These are starting points tuned to be edited. Rewriting the tone, adding your own rules, or stripping sections you do not need is the expected use.

Licensing and refunds

Can I use these for client work?

Yes, for your own business and for work you deliver to your own clients. What you cannot do is resell, repackage, or redistribute the files themselves as a product. Full terms are on the license page.

Can I share a purchase with my team?

Yes. A purchase covers your business, including your employees. It does not cover distributing the files outside your organization.

What is the refund policy?

Digital files cannot be returned once downloaded, so refunds are not automatic. That said, if a product does not do what the listing said it does, email within 14 days and it will be made right. Describing the mismatch is enough. You will not be asked to justify yourself.

Do I get updates?

Yes, free, for the life of the product. When a model changes and a file needs revising, buyers get the new version at no cost.

Are the audits really free?

Yes. No card, no trial, no account. The audits exist so you can find out whether anything here is worth buying before you spend money.

Will I get sales emails afterward?

You get one email with a copy of your results. Your address is never sold or shared. See the privacy policy.

Will the audit just recommend your products?

No. The AI Tool Discovery Audit recommends third-party AI tools that fit your workflow, including free ones. Where a product in this shop genuinely fits, it says so and explains why. Where nothing fits, it says that instead.
