Credited in full. If we take the build, the $45 comes straight off your final quoted balance.
Refunded if we cannot help. If the request falls outside our current capabilities or scope, the $45 goes back to the payment method you used.
It is not a purchase. The deposit reserves a scoping review, not a finished build. You get a written answer either way.
